UTILITY RATE STUDIES

Utility rate studies are performed by Paritet’s partner, CJSC Art-Audit.

Art-Audit is accredited by the Fuel and Energy Commission of the Moscow region to perform independent studies of energy utilities rates. The company is also accredited by the Inter-regional Center for Expert Organizations and Auditors to perform feasibility studies for industrial and investment projects and social programs, to verify all related utilities rates and usage standards, and to perform complete financial and technical expert reviews of prices and rates for residential utilities rates in the Russian Federation.
